GovStuff Live is an educational, informational and inspirational forum hosted by Big John (his legal name since 1979) heard Monday through Friday 4-6 pm on WELE AM 1380 THE CAT radio.
With a Political Science degree from Rahway State, Big John’s passion is investigating and studying local government. A former Tire and Muffler Shop owner with a PHD in Tireology and radio station owner, he served three terms on the Volusia County Council, one as County Chair. He now spends his time attending meetings and staying in touch with community happenings plus those two strenuous hours on the radio Monday through Friday. Big John knows you can’t trust your government and you gotta watch them all the time.
John’s guests include community leaders, political candidates, animal rights activists, Halifax Health, Behavior Analyst Dr. JoEllen Rogers, Veterinarian Dr. Kathleen Bartos and lots more.
